halifax record store finds....

hey boys and girls...back from a 2 day jaunt to halifax....got some sweet music.....elvis costello's collaboration with allen toussaint on deluxe edition cd with bonus dvd....queen's a night at the opera 2011 digital remaster with bonus ep on cd....loudon wainright III 's classic album unrequited on remastered cd with bonus tracks....shawn colvin's whole new you on cd ...richard thompson's mirror blue on cd.....paul simon's underrated album Surprise on cd....ronnie dunn's debut solo album on cd....also got a copy of an album by a young gentleman from cape breton NS who happens to be bruce guthro's son called dylan....for you who don't know who bruce guthro is ...he is a veteran singer/songwriter who makes excellent music....listen to his collaboration with renowned fiddler natalie mcmaster on his song " fiddle and bow"...just beautiful....and to end it all off i also got a copy of the cream reunion on dvd..which i was hoping to find eventually.....credits go to select sounds music store in bedford and taz records in halifax.....plus having a very patient girlfriend while looking for these musical gems is also greatly appreciated....she is not just my soul mate but my musical mate too..ha ha !!
